How does it work?
PartnerLinx powers a rental housing search of your members' properties on your organization's website. Renters will visit
your site to search for available rental housing.
Renters can search for rental housing by rent, location, bedrooms, property type, accepts housing choice vouchers (section 8),
accessible units, keywords and more.

Who enters and updates the property information?
All property information is updated and entered directly by the property manager. Property managers visit
www.rentlinx.com to manage their property information. Listing is free, and they can make unlimited
updates 24 hours a day. Property managers are never charged to advertise on your site and are not charged when they sign a new lease.
Your PartnerLinx site benefits from our centralized database and the synergy with our other PartnerLinx partners.
Property managers are encouraged to list by all of our partners, but only need to list once and update their properties in one place.
