There is no catch. In addition to providing the free AdLinx service, we
pay our bills by offering some
optional services to property managers. Please

How does it work?
|
|
Using AdLinx is as easy as the following two steps:
- Enter your property information into our online database.
- Choose which of our partner's websites you would like your properties advertised on.

Where will my properties appear?
|
|
Your properties will appear on any of our partners websites that you choose, such as your
apartment association, community organizations, Google Base,
and other online apartment listings.
(Note that some sites have member, geographic or fee requirements) View our
current partners.

How will renters find my properties?
|
|
Renters will find your properties on our partner's websites you have chosen. Renters will find your units by searching for:
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Rent
- Availability
- Any keyword
|

What information can I enter about my property?
|
|
Everything! Including:
- Address and property name
- Description
- Amenities
- Photos - As many as you want
- Attachments & Links - unlimited
- Maps - Automatically generated based on location
- Floor Plans
- Units
- Rent
- Availability
- Pet policies

How will my properties look online?

Each property page also includes a list of units or floor plans and a map of the property.

How long will it take to list my properties with RentLinx?
|
|
It only takes a few minutes per property. First, gather all your property information
(units, rent, availability, floor plans, and photos), then
login to your account and click "Manage Properties".

Once my properties are listed, how long before they are listed on various websites?
|
|
Immediately for most sites. Some of our partner sites take up to 24 hours to update.
|
|
Can you add an apartment search to my partner organization's website?
|
|
Probably! Check out
