RentLinx, LLC is an energetic, fast-growth company founded by Jeremy Schneider in 2003.
We developed the RentLinx rental housing multi-list to provide property managers and owners of all sizes with a powerful online marketing tool.

Jeremy Schneider - President
Jeremy Schneider is a successful entrepreneur, an expert software developer, and a spirited speaker.
Jeremy founded RentLinx in 2003 while completing his Masters degree in Computer Science at the University of Michigan.
He has extensive experience in the rental housing industry, and has helped hundreds of property managers,
owners and associations successfully market rental homes and apartments online.
Jeremy is an accomplished software developer with successful work experience at
Microsoft (Redmond, WA),
Tellabs (Chicago, IL) and
Realtime Technologies (Royal Oak, MI).
He is the creator of the popular
ASP.NET Project FTP deployment tool used
by ASP.NET developers from around the world.
While earning his Computer Engineering degree at Michigan, Jeremy served as President of the
Eta Kappa Nu honor society, an office previously held by
Larry Page, co-founder of
Google and
Kevin O'Connor, co-founder of
Double Click.
Jeremy was recently named one of Crain's Detroit Business'
"20 in their 20s",
a list of twenty-somethings making a difference in Metro Detroit.
As a public speaker, Jeremy holds his audience’s attention with high-energy, humorous talks that are packed
with specific information gleaned from his knowledge of the rental housing and computer industries.

Amanda Schneider - Vice President
Amanda joined RentLinx in 2005. She has 25 years of successful business
experience which includes expertise in project management, budgeting, sales management,
marketing, advertising, recruiting, employee management and delivery of software consulting
services. Amanda served as President and Owner of a $4 Million privately owned firm, and
as Senior Vice President of a $1.7 Billion publicly traded company.
During her career, Amanda and her partner grew a start-up business from two people to a
thriving 50-employee software-consulting firm. After selling this company, Amanda stayed
on to earn the “Managing Director of the Year Award” and the “A+ Branch Award” from the
new owners, MPS Group (NYSE: MPS). In two years under her leadership, the Detroit office
increased revenue from $4.3 Million to $13.3 Million, while earning 20% EBIT, and achieving
the Capability Maturity Model "Level 2" and "Level 3" quality ratings from the Software
Engineering Institute. As an MPS Group Vice President, Amanda’s 5-state region produced
the highest profits among the company's regions.
